Safelite broke my second replacement windshield

And I’m not mad at all.

They were very professional about it both times. They are even covering my deductible for the replacement.

Apparently my windshield is hard to find and each time they ship it the heated part of it breaks.

Thankful that the local mom and pop windshield company has better prices and reviews than the safelite guys.
